1. About Cosmic Camper Club

CCC is a community-powered project built to spark curiosity, joy, and connection among travelers. We offer subscription memberships, optional donations, physical alien figurines, and a platform to log and track alien “encounters.” We are not responsible for extraterrestrial contact… yet.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use our website and content respectfully and legally. You must not:

• Use the site for illegal or harmful purposes

• Post inappropriate, hateful, or misleading content

• Impersonate others or share false information

You are free to remain anonymous when logging encounters. However, if you provide contact info, it must be accurate and yours.

3. Memberships and Payments

By subscribing or donating, you authorize CCC (and our payment providers) to process your payment. All subscriptions are billed monthly unless stated otherwise and can be canceled anytime. We do not offer refunds for past billing periods unless required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the site—including text, design, images, and the concept of the Cosmic Camper Club—is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reuse, sell, or reproduce any part of CCC without our written consent (unless it’s just sharing for fun—that’s encouraged).

5. User Content

If you post a message, photo, or story, you grant CCC a non-exclusive right to display and share it (with credit, where possible) to inspire others. We’ll never sell your content, and you can always request it be removed by emailing cosmiccamperclub@gmail.com.

6. Aliens, Safety & Responsibility

Our aliens are meant to spread kindness—not litter. If you find one, please treat it with care and respect public spaces. CCC is not responsible for the actions of members or the physical placement of aliens in the wild. Please don’t put them anywhere dangerous, offensive, or illegal.

7. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party services (like Stripe, Buy Me a Coffee, or Google Maps). They have their own terms, so check those out if needed. We aren’t liable for their actions, outages, or policies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to our site, features, or memberships if someone misuses the platform or violates these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep CCC safe, inspiring, and functional—but we make no guarantees. The site and its content are provided “as is.” CCC is not liable for any damages, lost space treasures, or intergalactic misunderstandings arising from your use of the site.
